• Commercial-office building construction in Antalya-Shelters
• Complex consisting of 6 villas in the center of Kemer. Capability to access the indoor car park with the car lift, adjustable temperature and light within the scope of the smart home, to alert the hospital and fire department in emergency situations and to do these with a single control or using a mobile phone. Each villa has a central vacuum cleaner system. Security will be provided with cameras.
• Complex consisting of 48 villas in the center of Kemer. Apart from the technical features written above, each villa has its own pool. Also, there is a dressing room, upper floor bedrooms, bathroom, jacuzzi, compackt shower. Raft foundation was built in all villas. Building insulation was provided with bundling system. The walls were built with autoclaved aerated concrete and heat and sound insulation was made.
